— Illinois officials are asking anyone interested in hunting in the state to submit an application to the state.
The Illinois Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission says hunting licenses for individuals can be issued for up to six months, but for individuals hunting, a hunting license is only valid for a year.
Illia Fish and Game officials say anyone interested must also submit proof of financial need.

The commission says hunting can only be conducted in a private landowner’s hunting range.
Anyone who hunts with an Illinois hunting license must comply with the rules and regulations for hunting and must have a hunting permit from the state or a local governing body.
