Fishing season is coming to a close, but fish sauce substitutes can still help to help keep fish on their toes.
Fish sauce substitutes are now on the market and there’s a plethora of options, but one of the more popular is Kristin Fisher’s fish sauce.
The product is made by a small fish sauce company, Pheasantfish, and Fisher sells it for about $12 a bottle.
Fish Sauce Substitutes Are Good for Fish According to Fish Sauce Institute, the fish sauce industry is booming, and it’s not because of the popularity of fish sauce, it’s because of new technology that makes fish sauce easier to use.
In fact, the company has created a special formula that helps to speed up the cooking process.
Kristen Fisher, Kristan Fisher’s daughter, says the recipe was invented by her dad when she was working on her PhD in marine biology.
She says that her dad has a special ingredient in his sauce that makes it easier to cook.
“He just made up the ingredient and it worked like a charm,” she said.
“It took him six weeks to make the recipe, and I used to make it for dinner with friends, so I know it’s good.”
According to the Fish Sauce Foundation, there are more than 200 fish sauce ingredients on the shelf today.
The Kristens have been making it for years.
“I’ve been making the recipe for many years,” Fisher said.
Fisher’s husband is also a certified commercial fisherman and she makes about 100 gallons of the sauce each month.
Kistin Fisher has had success selling the sauce to restaurants and businesses.
She’s also used the recipe to make other food products.
Kisan Fisher sells the fish salt and fish sauce on her website.
The company also sells a line of fish salt that is also made by Pheagas.
Fisher also sells the Kristins own salt as well.
“We’ve got a lot of people ordering it from us, so it’s a great way to get the salt for free,” she explained.
Fish Salt Is Good for You Fisher says the salt has been around for decades, but Kristans recipe is different.
She said the salt is made from real fish and it comes from the ocean.
“All the salt we use comes from ocean water,” Fisher explained.
“If you want the real salt, you’ve got to go into the ocean and buy it.
So the salt from the sea comes from seawater.”
Fisher says she also uses her salt as a condiment to cook the fish.
The salt can also be used as a sauce to cook fish, and the company even sells a salt for frying.
“You can mix it with the fish, just put a little bit in a saucepan, and put it on the grill,” she added.
Fisher is happy that the company is making it available, but she is also happy to sell the salt to restaurants.
“The fish sauce I make is delicious, and there are people who want to try it,” she told Next Big Futures.
“There are people out there who are looking for a new fish sauce for dinner.
