By Emily Bittman, USA TODAY”I like to draw pictures of things,” says Sam Fisher, a Florida man who has worked as an artist and artist for over 20 years.
“Sometimes I draw things, sometimes I draw nothing at all.”
For his next project, Fisher wants to create a cartoon fish character based on a real-life animal that he finds adorable.
He started working on it at the age of seven and has now completed the drawings of a monkey, a baby elephant and a cow.
Fisher has been drawing bananas since he was about seven years old.
At the time, he was drawn to bananas by his parents, who loved to draw.
His mother used to draw a picture of her banana, which she said reminded her of a banana being squeezed.
“They made me draw banana characters for my birthday,” Fisher says.
“They’d come to me with drawings.
When I was in elementary school, I drew banana characters on my paper.
I just thought they were cute.”
Fisher’s parents had a difficult time with their son’s drawings.
They tried to make him draw banana images on a blackboard and they couldn’t draw the banana characters in the right order.
So, the family took on an art project, where they painted cartoon characters on a wall.
The result was a little banana on the wall.
“I guess I’m not a very good artist,” Fisher said.
“But I like to see the world in the best way possible.”
The cartoon fish has a small yellow belly.
The animal has a long neck with a sharp point and a sharp tongue.
The mouth is full of teeth.
“My goal is to make something that looks like a cartoon character,” Fisher explained.
“I don’t really draw pictures because I’m scared of it.”
Fishers’ father, who was born deaf, is a big fan of cartoons.
His son draws cartoons on the computer.
He has drawn banana characters, monkeys, dolphins and cows in the past.
And he’s drawn a lot of bananas.
“It’s like when you were a kid and you had an idea and you’re drawing it, and you don’t want to stop,” he said.
“So, if you’re an artist, you should be able to stop.
You should be the best artist.
And if you can stop and draw a banana, you’re not that bad.”
Ferry is not alone in his love for the banana.
There are over 30,000 banana characters online, including a couple of hundred on Instagram.
“You see people all over the world drawing these drawings, and it’s like a thing to do,” Fisher laughed.
“If I have one banana character, I’m going to be doing my banana thing.”
